Border crossing into South Australia

This occurred without fanfare or any scrutiny by SA Police, in spite of the requirement to fill in an online form to cross the border.  We simply drove through without a soul taking any notice.  If we had been coming in to WA there would have been some bruhaha. We may see the SA police near Ceduna where the quarantine check is.

A view of the Great Australian Bight at the Bunda Cliffs.

We stopped for coffee at the Nullarbor Roadhouse.

The vast empty space behind us and in front of us tells the story of a null-auto roadhouse.

What struck us quite forcibly is the poor reception for the mobile between WA and at least, this part of SA.  We had to drive 200 kms to find reception between the border and Penong.
